The mission of Happy Heart Hypnosis, LLC is to provide caring, beneficial, cost-effective complementary health options for people in Tampa Bay including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, Largo, Seminole, Oldsmar, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, New Port Richey, Trinity, Hudson, Tampa, and other communities in the area.
Jan Rysdon, Certified Hypnotherapist- Medical Specialist, utilizes self-hypnosis with her clients and teaches them strategies to help them achieve their goal of a healthy life and a happy heart. Some services may require a medical referral.
Jan offers private and group sessions for adults, teens, and children. She does not treat, prescribe for, or diagnose any condition. Even though research supports the fact that hypnosis is effective in accelerating healing, she only practices therapeutic hypnotherapy within the law and makes no health benefit claims for her services. Some services may require a written referral from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts. Some insurance companies and medical reimbursement plans cover hypnosis.

- Private or group sessions to help people prepare for medical, dental, and surgical procedures; to help people improve their emotional, mental, and physical state; to help people make changes and use self-healing techniques; and more. Sessions conducted in the office, on the phone, or via the Web

- Classes tailored for corporations and businesses, at your location or at Jan’s office
- Public presentations/seminars (some pro bono)

- Happy Heart Workshops for Mind & Body – (Stay tuned for the next set of workshops) Come learn valuable self-empowering techniques in a fun atmosphere in these interactive workshop classes taught by Jan Rysdon, C.Ht., that will help will lead you to a healthy life and a happy heart. These classes are appropriate for people who suffer from emotional or physical concerns; have been diagnosed with cancer or other serious illnesses; are caretakers of people with serious illnesses; and who want to learn a way to help themselves in a self-empowered way.
