  • Forget everything you’ve seen in the movies…. Hypnosis is simply a form of active meditation. Meditation with a goal. There’s no mind control other than the control you have over your own mind. By relaxing your conscious mind you access your subconscious or superconscious, authentic self. It's like a spa day for your brain, allowing you to make beneficial changes to your thoughts and behaviors to help you reach your goals. Hypnosis is also a great way to get in touch with your higher self and the spiritual realm.

  • Absolutely! Some would argue that online sessions are even better because you are in the comfort of your own home.

  • Everyone can be hypnotized. Being in hypnosis is similar to day dreaming. If you’ve ever driven on the freeway and zoned out- that’s known as “highway hypnosis”. We all go in and out of a hypnotic state all day long. It’s the state you are in when you are drifting off to sleep and when you first wake up. It’s a very natural state. People have misconceptions of hypnosis based on movies and TV and think they will lose control etc. That is not the case at all. You remain in control and can take yourself out of it at any time.

  • All sessions are private on Zoom. You will be provided with a link prior to your session via email. You’ll want to be in a quiet, safe space where you won’t be disturbed and can sit comfortably, a good internet connection and some headphones. Depending on which session you booked- we will start by talking about your presenting issue and your goal. I’ll give you a brief explanation of what to expect, then all you have to do is get comfortable, close your eyes and listen while I guide you into a deeply relaxed state. We will then have a conversation with your eyes closed. You remain in control and can take yourself out of it at any time.

  • That depends on you and your goals. Some clients are happy with one session and the tools received to continue on their own. Some clients choose to further their hypno-journey with one hour follow up sessions.
